Returns

Because our candles are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns on candles that have been burned or used. However, if your candle is unused, we will gladly accept a return. Please send us an email at hello@avaure.com.

Refunds for approved domestic returns will be issued minus a $10 return fee to cover shipping and handling. For international returns, standard international shipping rates will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations 

Orders cannot be cancelled once Avauré has begun processing the order. You are welcome to email us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not, we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs.

Any agreement by Avauré to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of any and all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by Avauré to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Avauré.

Damaged Goods

All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. We offer shipping protection automatically at checkout to protect against lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  We will replace your items if they arrive damaged during transit. You must notify us of the damage within 5 days of receiving the package.

Please email us a photographic proof to hello@avaure.com so we may file a complaint.

If you do not wish to purchase shipping protection, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please email hello@avaure.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
